Policies and regulations are not perfect, some executives of enterprises and institutions have insufficient understanding of the importance of the relationship between functional clothing and safety, and the bidding and procurement are represented by winning the bid at the lowest price, resulting in the failure to guarantee the functionality of raw materials and the improvement of clothing functionality, and the promotion of functional fabrics is affected. In terms of civilian use, the popularization of civilian functional textiles also has a long way to go. Objectively speaking, the popularization of civilian functional textile knowledge needs more channels, more methods, and it still needs to go a long way to catch up with the application level of developed countries.
